RETURN POLICY

Jewellery return is not accepted.

You can return bought products if they are unused and re-marketable in 14 days from the date of delivery . Products will be checked by our Quality Control staff to make sure they are not damaged.

You must send the products with YORUK COLLECTION receipt in 14 days from the date of delivery by filling out the online return form. Returns can be started by filling an online return form and giving information of the details of return, referred in e-mail and after receiving our "return confirmation message". In order to return a product it is necessary to comply with the conditions of return. Returns not meeting these requirements will not be accepted and be resent with unpaid mail.

Delivery cost belongs to the customer. Once your return reaches us you will be notified with an e-mail.

All of our returns and exchange policy are regulated by related subparagraphs of the consumer protection law number 4077.

Refunds: On the condition that returned products comply with the terms of return, refunds are send to bank in 25 work days. You can follow the after process from your bank.
